Matoshree, the very name is a symbol of trust, security, and comfort. Our strength, apart from building homes, townships, shopping malls etc. lies in urban infrastructure development and social projects like rehabilitating slums, educational institutions, public gardens, etc.

Matoshree Group had its beginnings in the late eighties & within a very short period, the group moved into real-estate development. By 2000, a million square feet of area had already been sold and there was over 2 million in the pipeline. The group started attracting attention from non-resident Indians (NRIs) wishing to invest in real estate 'back home'.

  • Other than building prominent high-rise residential/ commercial complexes and townships in and around Mumbai, the group collaborated for a prestigious overseas project in Dubai to build 27 buildings covering 2 Million square feet in 17 months. Currently the Group has undertaken the prestigious project of constructing 377 villas in Dubai, in collaboration with Dodsal Group.
  • Taking on Mumbai's monumental slum rehabilitation schemes, Matoshree has rehabilitated close to 1000 families and almost 1500 families await their turn. All told the effort involves close to 8,00,000 sq. ft. construction for rehabilitation purposes.
  • Till Date, Matoshree has successfully completed more than 17 lac sq.ft of development which includes both residential & commercial projects.
  • The group's activities started changing the landscape in & around various parts of Mumbai and also in the neighbouring Thane district.

Blueprint projects : The focus of real estate has been gradually shifting from Metros to Tier II & Tier III cities. Matoshree Group has been quick to adapt to this changing scenario & has major expansion plans in the coming period, not only in Mumbai but also in Various Tier II & Tier III cities of Maharashtra like Pune, Kolhapur & Nasik etc.

Matoshree Group has already acquired parcels of land in Pune & construction of a Township is almost on the anvil whereas construction is in full swing in another prestigious project.

In Kolhapur, the Matoshree Group is already executing a commercial Project. There are major plans of diversification in the cities of Nagpur & Nasik.
